Abstract

The arrival of the digital economy era has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the transportation industry. The traditional financial, accounting, and legal system has exposed several shortcomings during the digital transformation process, such as lagging digital compliance management, weak data protection laws, and an imperfect financial risk prevention mechanism. This paper aims to explore how to reconstruct the financial, accounting, and legal system of the transportation industry to meet the development needs of the digital economy. By strengthening data governance and privacy protection, and introducing blockchain technology, it seeks to enhance financial transparency and compliance, thereby promoting the sustainable development of the transportation industry.
