Abstract

Educational management plays a critical role in shaping institutional performance and student success. This paper explores effective educational management strategies, including leadership styles, teacher professional development, curriculum innovation, and data-driven decision-making. By analyzing current research and case studies, we identify best practices that contribute to an efficient and student-centric learning environment. The findings suggest that collaborative leadership, continuous professional development, and technology integration significantly enhance institutional outcomes. The paper also highlights challenges in implementing these strategies and suggests ways to overcome them.
